mama2mama is a postpartum adjustment support resource.

 

This peer-led group is a resource for any mother who wants support and information to help her through the postpartum period. Programs include regular group meetings, one-to-one peer support, an informative website, a network of community health resources to tap into, as well as postpartum awareness campaigns.

Information & Awareness

Self Care

Self care is not a luxury. A mama cannot nourish her family from a dry well. Learn how to take care of yourself, because you must look after your child's mother.

We are not trained mental health, counseling, or health practitioners. We neither offer diagnosis, nor treatment for Postpartum Mood Disorders. We are mamas who can offer you some support and resources to help you find your own path to balance and well-being.
